Complete Design Package
What is a Complete Design Package and how does it work?
We will have an hour’s initial consultation in your home, this allows me to listen to your brief, establish your likes and dislikes and to understand what it is you wish to achieve. I would initially like you to show me some of your home (not just the room we are working with) to give me an idea of your style, likes and dislikes.
It also gives you the opportunity to have an informal chat with me to make sure you are happy that we can work together. The fee for this service is £150.
What is included if you decide to commission me?
A second visit will be required to fully understand the scope of works and your design brief at which time I will undertake a full measured site survey.
Plan layouts and visuals for kitchens and bathrooms if required.
All presentations and visits to showrooms either together or by myself to finalise your choices.
Mood boards to show complete colour schemes, furnishings, furniture and fittings.
Samples of all finishes brought to you in your home.
Fine tuning of approved design ideas so they become fixed.
Purchasing of all materials fixtures and fittings if required.
Starting at £2’250 per space.
50% payment is due on commissioning my services, 25% on initial presentation and the final 25% on final agreement of the scheme.
Please note that for all my services, I retain the right to use any images and responses, anonymously of course for marketing purposes, so when you commission my services this is taken as a given unless you request otherwise.

4 Bedroom Design

Living Room Renovation
