Managing Your Project From Design To Finish

You have got this far so why not let me manage your project for you. 

At Inspirational Interiors, I manage every aspect of your project to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. I’ll coordinate site visits with trusted contractors and gather quotations, creating a comprehensive schedule of work tailored to your needs. I will also provide a program of works to streamline the logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly.

My services include preparing drawings, specifications, and necessary documents for construction, as well as liaising with or instructing planning, building, and structural professionals as required.

With full project management, you’ll only need to communicate with me, removing the hassle of managing multiple contractors. I approve all contractor invoices before they reach you, so you can have confidence in the work being done and the expenses incurred.

Throughout the project, I conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress, providing you with unlimited support during working hours. Once the project is complete, I’ll do a final site visit to ensure your complete satisfaction with the results.

Project Management

How does it work?

• I will undertake site visits with various contractors and collate quotations from them, putting this into a detailed schedule of work for you.

• Provide a full program of works to organise the logistics of the project

• Preparation of drawings, specifications and other documents to have the project constructed.

• Liaison and or instructing building, planning and structural professionals as required.

• Project management of the entire project, so you only need to liaise with me and not numerous contractors.

• I will approve all contractors invoices prior to passing to you to make payment

• Site visits to check project quality and progress.

• Unlimited support during working hours.

• Final site visit to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished results.

Fees are generally set at 12.5% of the total build cost, with a 50% deposit and the rest invoiced weekly for the project duration.

Please note that for all my services I retain the right to use any images and responses, anonymously of course for marketing purposes, so when you commission my services this is taken as a given unless you request otherwise.
